Coach's Overview
Michael is an Australian born success and leadership coach and trainer who has university qualifications in education, psychology and organisational behaviour. These core skills are annexed under a qualification as a professional coach from the NLP Mindbridge Institute in North Carolina.
Michael has been coaching and developing leaders and organizations around the world for the last thirteen years in Australia, Ireland, England, Papua New Guinea, the US, U.A.E. and India.
His focus is developing the rituals of great leadership through the use of cutting edge technology such as NLP (neuro-linguistic programming) in order to empower individuals and organizations to achieve their outcomes. He is also a registered practitioner of a variety of psychometrics and strength inventories, which he uses in creative ways to develop tailor made coaching packages.

Philip Munro - Executive Coach

Philip has considerable experience of coaching, developing and motivating people to achieve exceptional results. He sees the unique talents that make people different from one another, investing time and energy in understanding how people’s talents, skills and knowledge contribute to their overall success and well-being.
Philip’s ethics based leadership programmes develop others to do what they know is right and helps them envision what can be accomplished in the coming months and years. An innovative and original thinker, with the ability to generate options, he causes others to see there is more than one way to attain their goals.
Philip has twenty-three years of executive experience building and running $100 million+ organizations in India, the Middle East & Gulf, China and the Far East. His responsibilities have included Strategic Leadership, Board directorships and CEO roles, and a range of executive positions in sales, marketing, general management, HSE and organizational development.

Adam Zargar - Empowerment Coach for adults and children
Coach's Overview
Adam is a great motivator, with over 7 years of experience in empowering both adults and children. Through his natural rapport building, sense of fun and his outstanding knowledge of coaching tools he has helped many people of all ages to discover themselves and reach their potential.
He specialises in building up a clients’ confidence level and discovering their strengths. One of his best traits is the level of detail and commitment he brings, not only to sessions, but in between sessions. He teaches his clients that self-improvement can be fun, addictive and above all extremely rewarding.
Adam has a degree in Psychology, seven years of Primary Teaching in both the UK and Dubai, certification from Mindbridge International for NLP Life Coaching and lots of practical experience of helping empower children and adults.
